Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- Opened items cannot be returned.
- Returns are accepted for damaged, incorrect, or unwanted items.
How to Request a Return

- If approved, you will receive a return authorization number via email, which must be written on the return package.
- UPS will pick up the return within 5 days, and the driver can print the return label if needed.
- You will receive an email with the scheduled UPS pickup date and time so you can leave the package in an accessible pickup location.
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Halo Health covers all return shipping costs—no charges will be passed to the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
