Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Opened items cannot be returned.
  • Returns are accepted for damaged, incorrect, or unwanted items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] to initiate a return request. 
  2. If approved, you will receive a return authorization number via email, which must be written on the return package.
  3. UPS will pick up the return within 5 days, and the driver can print the return label if needed.
  4. You will receive an email with the scheduled UPS pickup date and time so you can leave the package in an accessible pickup location.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Halo Health covers all return shipping costs—no charges will be passed to the customer.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
